I’m giving 4 stars only because I would’ve loved a faster first reply, for my very relaxed and not-at-all-anxious self. But overall, customer service was good and easy to deal with.

I got this thinking it would be cute for party looks, and I think it works well. I’m not totally sure if it’s everyone’s style, but I could definitely see it being nice for weddings too

I was half expecting the delivery window to be more of a suggestion, but nope, it actually showed up when they said it would. The tracking was decent enough too, not obsessively detailed, but enough for me to think, okay, I have a general idea of where this thing is. Smooth overall.
